Before you move in; Before you sign the lease; Complete a move in inspection.

This tidbit of information couldn't be more shorter and sweeter:

"Don't get caught in an apartment or home with pages of repairs. Complete an inspection and get them done before you sign the lease."

This is the best piece of advice I could ever give.
